Often the thing keeping us stuck is the belief that we cannot achieve our desired goals or dreams.

Sometimes it becomes to much and overwhelms us. We believe other people might be able to achieve the same goal but for some reason we think that we cannot. And that is when the big problem begins. We try to ignore the things we deeply and secretly want. We build up these false beliefs in our head telling ourselves our dreams are beyond our reach.

“I am too overwhelmed.”

 Ok so how do we fix it?

 First, we must learn what is keeping us stuck. It is easy to get trapped in a situation or even a way of thinking. And, it usually leads to repeating the same situation or thinking, repeatedly. Focus on falling in love with the process of reaching your goals, instead of outcome goals. Outcome goals are goals with a desired outcome, like losing 20lbs or running a half marathon. Go inward and ask yourself what you genuinely want and what will be the outcome if nothing changes.

7. Consider talking to a professional.

1. Smile. Even a fake smile can change your mood for the better

2. Exercise. Exercise is not just for your body it is proven that it helps mood stabilization.

3. Get plenty of sleep.

4. Be grateful.

5. Give someone a compliment.

6. Breathe deeply. Try meditation.

7. Acknowledge the unhappy moments.
